It is important to understand that RecoverMyWorld deals with physical prints, slides, negatives and movie reels, including VHS. Although digital technology has changed the way memories are captured and stored, heat and water can ravage photo CDs, and hard drives, making it nearly impossible to remove any information from them.

What does the customer get in return?
After the recovery process is finished and all of the salvageable photos have been digitized your insurance will be billed. Once payment is received, you will receive:

All images placed onto CD/DVD.

Printed Thumbnail Album, with all images in one place for easy reference.

1 year online storage, with the ability to order prints and add more images
for safe keeping.

You can view your images and choose photos for further restoration
(for an additional cost).

Does the customer get their originals back?
It is not recommended to return the damaged materials; however, you can order prints and enlargements to replace the damaged ones. Although at RecoverMyWorld we can't guarantee that we can recover everything, we can guarantee we will try our best to recover everything possible.
